Jeff William Acosta is a Filipino poet from Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He currently resides beside the sands and waves of La Union. Co-winner of the Sahaya: Timpalak Pampanitikan (STP) 2021 ng UP Sentro ng Wikang Filipino-Diliman, 2022 Foley Poetry Contest finalist, 2022 Boston Review Annual Poetry Contest semifinalist and 2021 Jack Grapes Poetry semifinalist.

He loves exploring different themes but somehow death, and all the things that comes after the sun and the moon, perhaps ghosts, perhaps his own tongue holds him hostage.

He occasionally plays the ukulele and guitar. He also tried the drums, just because.  Part-time painter and bibliophile-in-training. When Jep isn't writing, he is lurking in his room watching Korean dramas and anime.
“God, let me think clearly and brightly; let me live, love, and say it well in good sentences, let me someday see who I am.” - Sylvia Plath
